Leadership doesn't change because someone gives you better answers, or you obtain a new job title. It changes when you relate to yourself differently—and practice something new.
After decades inside leadership development
Leaders were learning more.
They weren’t necessarily leading differently.
We saw the same gap again and again: capable people could understand the models, name the behaviors, and still default to familiar patterns when pressure rose.
The missing piece wasn’t about knowing more. It was about identifying and owning those patterns in real time—and working with them.
That gap became the reason for Alchemy.

In 2016,
we said yes.
Yes to getting coached. Yes to each other. Yes to completing our careers at GE. And yes to creating The Alchemy Group.
That courageous yes changed the trajectory of our lives—and clarified the work we wanted to do: create the conditions for other leaders to see something new, practice something different, and create their own breakthroughs, all while practicing breakthroughs of our own.
