Just as any professional athlete would have a coach, leaders require coaches on their sidelines too.

The Alchemy Academy of Coaches are the strategic accountability partners to support alumni of Alchemy sessions in their continued practice of leadership.

Leadership is a journey, not an event; a journey successfully taken with a coach on the sidelines.

  • 3-months, 1:1 coaching, bi-weekly calls, to occur immediately after completion of a Leadership Acceleration or Leadership Experience

  • 6-months, 1:1 coaching, bi-weekly calls
