Jeff Sun, MBA

Creative Director and Brand Specialist

The top 3 distinctions I practice daily:

  • “Because I want to” is sometimes all the permission you need

  • When in doubt, move your body

  • Slowing down our thoughts to give space for our best thinking

Jeff coaches executives, entrepreneurs, and other senior leaders on becoming the fullest and most alive versions of themselves in all aspects of their lives.

He brings nearly 20 years of professional leadership experience to his client engagements while also inviting clients to access their deeper intuitive, creative, and feeling selves so that they get to do what they really want each day with more boldness, joy, and purpose.

Prior to coaching, Jeff was a CEO, start-up executive & founder, and corporate leader. He was a senior leader at Amazon, was a Fortune-50 strategy consultant, and has scaled two venture-backed companies, one of which is now a public company. An experienced meditator, Jeff believes in the power of stillness, and is an advocate for rest and renewal at various stages of life, having taken intentional sabbaticals during his career.

Jeff believes that coaching is a space for clients to do their own best thinking. It’s a space to slow down and get clear on what is and isn’t working in a client’s life.

Jeff holds a BA from Yale and a MBA from MIT Sloan. He is a certified executive and somatic coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the Strozzi Institute for Somatics. Jeff has lived and worked across the world on four continents, and has a deep appreciation, respect, and empathy for the nuance and complexity that diverse clients bring to their work.

He identifies as a queer, Taiwanese-American man and lives in San Francisco where you’ll find him working at his pottery wheel or moving his body to electronic music.
