THE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
This highly experiential format creates an environment where “we practice leadership, as opposed to teaching it”. With fresh listening - we inquire; with clear eyes - we discover; with objective coaching - we breakthrough and begin to create a whole new future of leadership for each participant. The culminating experience is the declaration of a new personal leadership BRAND and the accompanying actions that will produce the desired future results.
Evening Session: Relationship & trust building … participants will begin to experience a sense of community and connection while several foundational principles of the Experience are uncovered.
Day 1: Slow down, get accurate & calibrate courage … participants will gain a new level of clarity about themselves as leaders, professionally, personally and in the area of their health and well-being. Clarity will be achieved as participants explore distinctions of trust, speaking, listening, and the difference between leading/managing/coaching/mentoring.
Day 2: Create a new future for yourself as a leader … what is your current leadership brand? What do you want your new leadership brand to be? Participants will gear up for a lifetime of leadership practice.

This is the “gateway” session to ignite your Alchemy leadership journey. The intention of this session is to “wake-up” our thinking and explore the topic of leadership in new ways. We spark a greater awareness for when leadership is required vs when managing is required. Equally as important, we address the timing and impact of when coaching is required and when mentoring is required. All topics are then placed on the spectrum of TRUST. TRUST is at many times the unrecognized commodity of leadership. Participants will gain accuracy in the personal assessment of their strengths and weaknesses in achieving desired leadership results.
Three main topics will be explored during this initial conversation:
1) Distinct inputs and outputs of leading vs. managing
2) The dynamic nature of trust
3) The idea that leadership is far more than a job title/description

This interactive session will clarify the difference between managing, leading, coaching and mentoring. We identify how and when managing, coaching, leading and/or mentoring will be most beneficial. We build off of a model that enables us to evaluate employee relationships, while assessing current levels of TRUST. The impact of TRUST on empowerment, motivation and inspiration of self, team members and organizations will be explored. Once a newfound speaking and listening is established, participants will dive deep into the “anatomy of questions”, and practice the art of asking high quality questions. This builds on the foundational principle that the quality of results you get as a leader is directly related to the quality of questions you ask.

The intention of this session is to explore TRUST - the commodity of leadership - at a deep and personal level. Participants will get accurate about their current relationship with "trust", by exploring the topic through three lenses: trust with self, trust with others, and trust within an organization. From there participants will journey through four critical vital signs of trust to get accurate and identify the assessment of "treatment" to create and sustain a high trust environment. The end result: sustainable, tangible results with high levels of joy across the organization.

The Enneagram is a sophisticated and profound framework for personal and professional growth. Each session will be sparked by the depth and breadth of the Enneagram tool and combined with the assertion of Abraham Maslow: “What one can be, one must be”. Each participant will slow down, get accurate and understand all the possibilities of their own individual potential - personally and professionally. The team will then "connect the dots" and collectively raise the level of performance and leadership.

This Alchemy leadership offering is designed to uncover and spark a brand-new conversation around the topic of Equity & Belonging. The intention of these sessions is to elevate curiosity, courage, and choices, which in turn will inspire new questions and challenge some deeply ingrained thinking, patterns and behaviors.
We will spark a greater awareness for Equity & Belonging by slowing down three key leadership distinctions: (1) Point of-view listening, (2) Asking high-quality questions, (3) “Getting comfortable with feeling uncomfortable”. These newfound distinctions will then be applied to the Equity & Belonging conversation – empowering an inquiry into where our own barriers and limiting beliefs may be getting in the way as it relates to raising the bar on diversity, equity and inclusion.
