Are you choosing to be the thermostat or thermometer?

Two weeks ago we celebrated my daughter's White Coat Ceremony and the milestone of her officially becoming a Physician's Assistant. This pivotal and remarkable moment inspired me to reflect. I specifically slowed down to reflect on this question: what was the "secret sauce" for me, as a mom, that led us all to this moment?

The answer has a lot to do with a common household resource ... a THERMOSTAT.
