The sunrise of a HIGH quality question...

Here we are three weeks into 2021 - yes, we are officially in a NEW calendar year - and yet for many of us it feels like the same medical, political and social storm of 2020. Personally, I got "hit" with a wave of this storm last week. The wave quickly became a powerful reminder of one of the highest quality questions we can be asking as leaders; A question to ask our peers, employees and family members in this current climate of unrest.

I want to share my story with you, with the intention and hope that it will inspire you to sunset a widely overused question we often ask as leaders, and to sunrise a much more valuable question.
