One year ago today ...

It was one year ago today that a storm hit Connecticut and uprooted HUGE trees along my favorite walking path. Given how inspired I was by the root systems that had been exposed, I decided to revisit the "scene" of the extraordinary.

I invite you to join me in slowing down and reflecting - As we look back on the last 15-18 months of this Pandemic, what aspects of change have we been graceful with? What have we seamlessly incorporated into our lives?

Equally interesting, what change have we incorporated (possibly reluctantly) that is now "normalized", yet still looks different?

As leaders, how we relate to the issue is the issue .... the change happening in and around us is not the issue. HOW we choose to relate to the change is.
