Leaders Are Gathering in Saratoga Springs as Leadership Development Evolves

Next week, executive leaders from across the United States—and select international participants—will gather in Saratoga Springs for the upcoming Alchemy Leadership Experience, hosted at The Adelphi Hotel.

This gathering reflects something larger happening in leadership development right now: a quiet shift away from traditional, content-heavy conferences and toward immersive, human-centered experiences focused on presence, reflection, and behavioral change.

For the first time, this gathering has been featured in the news:

Global Executive Leaders to Convene in Saratoga Springs for The Alchemy Leadership Experience

Over 300 leaders from more than 25 states and multiple countries have participated in this work to date, spanning industries including healthcare, finance, defense, and technology.

What connects them is not industry or title—it is a shared decision to step into a different kind of development experience. One that prioritizes depth over volume, integration over information, and sustainability over short-term performance optimization.

This shift is not about scaling leadership development for its own sake. It is about evolving how leaders are supported in a time of increasing complexity, burnout, and change.

We are grateful for the growing community that continues to engage with this work—those who participate, support, and contribute to what it is becoming.

With Gratitude,

P.S. Here's a powerful way into a "HELL YES" .... by saying "hell yes" to the Alchemy Leadership Experience
