Next week, executive leaders from across the U.S. — along with select international participants — will gather in Saratoga Springs for our upcoming Alchemy Leadership Experience cohort, hosted at The Adelphi Hotel.

What continues to grow from this work is not scale for its own sake, it’s depth; it’s impact; it’s sustainability. To date, more than 300 leaders from over 25 states and multiple countries have participated—across industries including healthcare, finance, defense, and technology.

While diverse in nature, character, and background, these leaders share one commonality — they all courageously said "YES" to themselves. It is their courageous yes that has created this moment of movement. It is their courageous yes that has contributed to a story worth sharing.
